3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. No pro-rated refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle.
4. Technical Issues and Downtime
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and to restore service promptly during any interruption. However, no refunds are provided for downtime, broker API outages, exchange-side issues, or other disruptions outside our reasonable control.
